TRE

Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises or, TRE, is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep patterns of stress, tension and trauma.  TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking to help calm down the nervous system.  This session is  about 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours.   

$60 Individual     $100 couple

Mind-Full-Ness

I will teach you some deep breathing exercises to help slow down your mind so you can relax more into your body.  We will do some various types of energy work to help balance out your body.  This session is about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min.  $60

Chair - Done on a bench or chair in a seated position working mostly on neck, shoulders and arms.

Relaxation - Swedish massage 

This is a gentle/classic massage using soft strokes working the superficial layers of the body. 

 

Acupressure 

This is a gentle type of massage stimulating pressure points in your body to help relieve pain and tension.

Manual Therapy - Myo-skeletal Alignment

This is for helping to detect and correct strain patterns to prevent back/neck pain.  It is a combination of deep tissue with assisted stretching and non-force spinal alignment.

Deep Tissue - Sarga

This is a barefoot massage to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques.  It helps lengthen and hydrate your body.

Stretching - Thai

This is a combination of assisted yoga poses and stretches with acupressure.

Cupping/Guasha

​Helps to release tension in the muscles with the use of ACE cupping and scraping tools.

Hot Stone

Basalt stones warmed in a roaster and massaged on your muscles.  Helps to release tension, promote relaxation and warm you up in the cold winter months.

Sugar Scrubs

Home-made scrubs with essential oils to help sluff off dry skin from your body.
