Scheduling Appointments
When calling or texting to schedule your appointments, please call during business hours. If you call after hours, your call will be returned the next business day.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for purchase. Certificates are non refundable. They are good for 5 years. It is highly recommended that you try and use them as soon as you can.
Pre-booked Appointments & Appointment Reminders
When you pre-book your appointment, as a courtesy, you will receive a call or text on the Friday before your scheduled appointment. Please arrive for your appointment 5 to 10 min early. This time you booked is just for you.
No Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy on hair services that are completed at Sheer Designs. It is recommended to contact me within 3 days of your service and we will schedule a time to redo your service at no charge.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to avoid fees. This will give me a chance to fill the empty spot.
No Show/No Call: 100% of service
Same day cancel: 50% of service
24 Hour cancel: 25% of service
Emergencies: Will work with you
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice or are a no show, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Late-Comers
Notify me ASAP if you think you will be running late. I understand that stuff happens. If you are going to be more than 10 min late than I may need to reschedule you for another time.
Health/Safety
If you are sick, which includes: colds, fever, flu, etc or has the onset of any symptoms or has been around someone that has been ill within the past 24 hours, I ask that you reschedule your appointment. This is for the well being of everyone.

Checks ($35 fee for insufficient funds)
Credit Card: additional fees will be added to your total.
