Scheduling and Reserving appointments

Appointments are available 2 months in advance.

 

Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled times.  You will receive a confirmation card or text with your appointment information.

Please be on time for your appointments so we can make the most of your scheduled time.

Cancellation, No-Show & Prepayment Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. 

 

Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations less than 48 hours’ notice a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply.

 

No show appointments

If you miss your appointment without notice, payment in full for the missed appointment is required before you may return to the schedule.

 

To schedule your next appointment after a no-show:

1-The missed appointment must be paid in full. 

2-Your next appointment must be prepaid in full.

3-Payment may be made by credit card or by dropping off payment.

4-After returning to the schedule, your next three appointments will also require prepayment in full. 

 

This policy helps protect reserved appointment times and allows me to continue providing reliable scheduling for all clients.

Health & Sickness

If you are feeling sick or have been sick within the past 48 hours you will need to cancel your appointment.

 

If you show up visibly ill, you will need to reschedule.
