Scheduling and Reserving appointments
*Maximum of 2 appointments may be scheduled in advance.
*Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled times.
*You will receive a card or text with confirmation of appointment.
*Your appointments will start at your scheduled time.
Cancellations & Changes
*24-hour notice is required to cancel.
*Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments result in full prepayment to secure your next spot.
*If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule.
Health & Sickness
*If you are feeling sick or have been sick within the past 48 hours you will need to cancel your appointment.
*If you show up visibly ill, you will need to reschedule.

Check (payable to SHEER DESIGNS). a $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.
